Job Description

Lecturer/Senior Lecturer

Responsibilities
  • Plan, design, and deliver professional development programmes that enhance the teaching effectiveness of academic staff, with a focus on the effective integration of Education Technology (EdTech) & AI, Learning Analytics, active learning, learner‑centric approaches, and blended learning strategies.
  • Lead and conduct research projects related to teaching and learning, including the application of learning analytics and the evaluation of EdTech & AI interventions; use research findings to inform the design and improvement of teaching strategies and practices.
  • Evaluate, pilot, and support the implementation and adoption of EdTech & AI tools and solutions, in collaboration with stakeholders, to enhance student learning engagement.
