Role Overview
The Centre Manager leads the operations and programme delivery of
THK bloom ESLP @ Eunos Crescent
, overseeing a multidisciplinary team to deliver a person-centred, training-focused programme for adults with disabilities.
Besides centre operations, the Centre Manager is also responsible for: Supporting the implementation of the NOURISH (functional) and FLOURISH (vocational) curriculum, Overseeing the Individualised Development Plan (IDP) process, Driving programme outcomes and trainee progression, and Maintaining strong alignment with MSF, SgEnable, and THKMC standards.
The Centre Manager plays a critical role in translating ESLP's programme philosophy into day-to-day practice, while ensuring operational stability and staff capability.
