Our client is looking for a Centre Principal (Preschool) to oversee the overall operations and management of the preschool centre, ensuring high standards of curriculum delivery, staff performance, and a safe, nurturing learning environment in line with early childhood education guidelines.
Location: North East Area
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the preschool centre, ensuring compliance with licensing and regulatory requirements (e.g. ECDA).
- Lead and manage a team of educators and support staff to maintain high standards of teaching, care, and professionalism.
- Ensure effective implementation of the preschool curriculum in alignment with early childhood education frameworks.
