Key Areas of Responsibility Daily Operations
- Establish and set up process for all enquiries are addressed appropriately and in a positive manner, providing relevant information to promote the school.
- Analyse and review all school information and develop processes that record systems are up to date, in accordance with regulatory compliance, easily accessible to management and inaccessible to others such as parents and visitors.
- Statutory and organisational requirements are met and current including, but not limited to, Attendance Sheets, Children and Employee Particulars Files, GSII Subsidies Reports, Receipts and Enrolment Information.
- Establish procedures including weekly conversion reports, monthly enrolment reports and salary lists, fees collection, debt management and school purchasing are maintained and provided in the required timeframes.
