We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Centre Principal / Vice Principal to lead our pre-school’s daily operations and ensure the highest standards of care, education, and compliance. The ideal candidate is a strong leader with excellent communication skills and a passion for early childhood education.
Job Responsibilities- Lead a team to manage the daily operation of the center according to the school's policies and quality standards;
- Manage teaching staff to develop and deliver the school's holistic and age-appropriate bilingual pre-school curriculum;
- Communicate with parents effectively, and build rapport and trusted relationships with parents;
- Handle administrative work to meet the compliance and regulatory requirements for the centre's operation.
