Haeger & Carlsson Executive Search and Interim are supporting a Swedish MedTech company in clinical phase, focused on the development of innovative solutions addressing significant unmet medical needs. The company is now entering a pivotal stage of development and value creation.
The company is therefore seeking a commercially driven CEO to take full ownership of financing and lead the business towards its next investment milestone and long-term exit.
The CEO will work closely with the Board of Directors and key stakeholders, taking full responsibility for corporate strategy, financing, partnerships, and overall company performance.

Proven track record of raising capital in life science, medtech or biotech environments
