Overview
This role combines executive leadership with hands‑on financial stewardship. The incumbent will lead the overall performance of the group, drive growth across real estate development and investments, and ensure strong governance, reporting, compliance, liquidity management, and capital allocation.
Key Responsibilities- Leadership and strategy – Lead the overall performance of the company ensuring profitability, sustainability, and market competitiveness. Develop and execute strategic plans to grow the group's real estate development and investment activities. Identify and pursue new projects, acquisitions, and expansion initiatives.
