In this crucial role, you will support Cerence AI's global finance organization as a Senior Accountant. You will manage essential components of financial closing, payroll accounting, and accrual processes. Building strong partnerships with Procurement, Payroll, and SEC Reporting teams, you will ensure that financial data reflects accurately and completely.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead journal entry preparation for close processes
• Coordinate Open PO accruals and variance reporting
• Analyze payroll transactions across U.S. and Canada
• Execute account reconciliations and true-ups
• Review and ensure proper commission accounting
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance, CPA preferred
