**Job Summary and Responsibilities**
Administers active and passive manual therapeutic exercises and occupational therapy modalities according to the occupational therapy plan of care
Instructs, motivates and Assists patients to learn and improve functional activity, strength, range of motion and daily living activities
Observes patients during treatments and compiles and monitors data on patients’ responses to treatments and progress and reports verbally or in writing to the occupational therapist
Fit patients for, adjust, and trains patients in the use of and care of adaptive equipment
Performs clerical duties, such as taking inventory, ordering supplies, answering telephones and filling out forms as needed
Consistently meet patient care productivity standard as established for job classifications. Work cooperatively with supervisors and peers to contribute to the overall productivity of the team. Utilize support personnel as appr...
