Certified Application Counselors support this mission through their actions and genuine belief that everyone deserves access to health care and health coverage. This role is responsible for facilitating the enrollment and reenrollment of patients and community members into health coverage and financial assistance programs such as MassHealth, Qualified Health Plans administered by the Massachusetts Health Connector, Health Safety Net, Premium Assistance, Medical Hardship, Medicare Savings Programs, Prescription Advantage, and pharmaceutical assistance programs.
