**Job Purpose or Objective(s):** The HVAC Technician is responsible for installing, diagnosing, inspecting, repairing, maintaining, and service several heating, ventilation, and air conditioning equipment and systems. You will report to the Maintenance Manager.
**Primary Tasks:**
1. You will repair and maintain low pressure hot water systems, gas wall heaters, ventilation units, and air condition units.
2. Replace fans, belts, motors, gaskets, filters, and compressors, and lubricate parts.
3. Adjust and install switches gauges, thermostats, valves, tubing transformers, pressure regulators, controllers, and other parts.
4. Establish cost of repairs and equipment replacement.
5. You will operate specialized machinery, equipment, and tools used in the repair of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning.
6. Maintain all mechanical and cosmetic items throughout the facility.
