Job Description
We are currently looking for a CMA/RMA to provide direct patient care under the supervision of appropriate staff in our practices. Our medical assistants interact professionally and courteously with patients, families and their colleagues to ensure the highest quality care and patient satisfaction.
To support our delivery of quality patient care, you will:
* Managing patient flow and room patients, gathering pertinent information for the provider (e.g. gathering patient history, taking vital signs, specimen collection, blood draws, simple diagnostic testing, etc.) and prepping patients for office procedures.
* Respond to patient inquiries and prescription refill requests in a timely manner, and seek assistance as appropriate in referring patient inquiries to the correct source.
