Westport Rehabilitation and Nursing Center -
PRN Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA)
Responsibilities include:
Assist in accessing patient needs, plans for, evaluates and modifies, care to meet goals of Occupational Therapy interventions.
Collaborates with all disciplines to plan and evaluate team goals for each patient.
Instructs patient/families/caregivers on patient's total occupational therapy program.
Other occupational therapy duties as assigned per COTA scope of practice.
Qualifications:
Graduated from an accredited school of Occupational Therapy Assistant
Maintain certification through the AOTA (preferred)
Minimum of 1 year experience (preferred)
