Job Description
1. Accounting and Financial Management
- Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts and ensure accurate financial records.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Supervise bookkeeping, payroll processing, and expense monitoring.
- Conduct variance analysis and provide management with financial insights and recommendations.
- Ensure timely recording of revenues, disbursements, and adjustments.
2. Taxation and Compliance
- Prepare and file tax returns (BIR, LGU, and other regulatory agencies) on time.
- Ensure compliance with all accounting, tax, and government regulations.
- Coordinate with external auditors and regulatory bodies for financial audits.
- Maintain and update tax schedules, permits, and certifications.
