- Scope of Work: General, Ortho, ENDO, Podiatry
- Licenses, Certifications, Requirements: Active IN license, ACLS, BLS, PALS
- ALL CRNA practice.
- 3 CRNAs/day.
- 2 ORs.
- General, Ortho, ENDO, Podiatry- (every other week).
- Must be proficient in spinals and epidurals. Additional regional exp preferred.
- EMR: Epic
