Job Description
Location : Aviano Air Base, Italy Position : Full-time Duties : Design and implement individualized physical training programs to enhance strength, endurance, and performance.
Conduct regular evaluations and fitness assessments to monitor progress, ensuring tactical conditioning and addressing performance trends.
Develop and oversee training programs for personnel on temporary duty (TDY) or deployed, adapting routines for remote locations.
Perform monthly functional movement screenings and quarterly performance testing to assess readiness.
Provide injury prevention strategies and rehabilitation support, coordinating with medical staff for expeditious return to duty.
Deliver instruction on proper exercise techniques, ensuring safe and effective training practices.
