**Position Objective:** Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialists (CSCS) support the physical readiness and performance optimization of Aircrew by delivering holistic training programs that integrate prehabilitation, performance training, and strength and conditioning principles. CSCS personnel shall support the Human Performance (HP) team in planning, executing, and validating program effectiveness. They will also provide instructional support, data collection, and serve in a complementary role during rehabilitation efforts with a “return-to-fly” mindset. CSCS personnel are expected to stay abreast of evolving best practices, collaborate across the enterprise, and maintain a visible presence within the flying squadron to build rapport with warfighters.
