QUALIFICATIONS:
● Must possess and maintain a current Michigan Teaching Certificate
● Experience with MTSS, intervention supports, attendance, behavior, family engagement, and/or at-risk
students preferred
● Knowledge of restorative practices, data-driven decision making, and student support systems preferred
● Strong communication, collaboration, organizational, and leadership skills
● Ability to build positive relationships with students, families, and staff
JOB GOAL:
To support the academic, behavioral, attendance, and social-emotional success of students identified as at-risk
through coordinated interventions, family engagement, and collaboration with school teams.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
