Job Description
Strategic role in the management of CIMB Investment Bank with primary responsibility for planning, implementing, leading and managing all financial-related activities. Supporting the GCFO and CEO, CIMB Investment Bank to achieve the Bank’s objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide advice and support to CEO, CIMB Investment Bank and the Board of Directors of CIMB Investment Bank Berhad in relation to Investment Banking’s financial performance, targets and control.
- Ensure CIMB Investment Bank delivers sustainable and satisfactory returns on shareholders’ capital.
- Ensure strong, adequate and appropriate controls and governance are in place to meet the requirements of regulatory, statutory and internal process and procedures in relation to the finance function and financial reporting of the IB entity.
