Chief Financial Officer (CFO)
Position summary: The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) will serve as a strategic partner to the CEO and executive leadership team, steering the financial strategy, capital allocation, and risk management of our real estate development portfolio. This role requires a heavy blend of corporate finance, strategic planning, and hands‑on project finance (underwriting, capitalization, and joint ventures). The desired candidate has deep roots in the real estate sector and a proven track record of securing funding for large-scale development projects.
