CFO

Description We are looking for an accomplished Chief Financial Officer to provide financial leadership for a housing organization in Norfolk, Virginia. This role partners closely with the Executive Officer to guide fiscal strategy, strengthen operational performance, and support housing and community-based programs across the organization. The CFO will oversee financial management, regulatory compliance, budgeting, and reporting while serving as a trusted advisor on matters affecting public housing, voucher programs, development activities, and affiliated properties.
