Job Description
Develop and implement financial strategies to support manufacturing growth and operational excellence. Oversee financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and cost optimization across manufacturing operations. Monitor production costs, inventory controls, working capital management, and profitability analysis. Manage banking relationships, bank financing, credit facilities, and cash flow planning. Handle insurance portfolios, including asset coverage, policy management, renewals, and claims. Ensure effective control over accounts, taxation, audits, treasury, and regulatory compliance. Provide financial insights and recommendations to the CEO and senior management for strategic decision-making. Collaborate with production, supply chain, procurement, and commercial teams to improve efficiency and reduce costs. Establish strong internal controls, risk management frameworks, and financial processes. Lead, mentor, and develop the finance team to achieve organizational objectives.
