You will ensure productions are equipped to realise the VFX Supervisor's vision within budget and schedule. As a technical leader, you will oversee discipline departments, manage cross-departmental workflows, and facilitate efficient global collaboration.
What You’ll Do:
Define the creative and technical approach with Supervisors, leveraging ILM tools.
Standardise global pipelines and prioritise R&D/pipeline development tasks.
Proactively resolve workflow impediments and technical bottlenecks.
Forecast and manage resources, including storage, processing, and licensing.
Maintain technical standards and stay current with industry advancements.
