Main work content
- Provide comprehensive executive and administrative support for the chairman.
- Manage and coordinate the chairman's schedule, meetings, travel arrangements and official activities.
- Prepare the agenda and materials of the meeting, accurately record the minutes of the meeting, and ensure the timely follow-up of decision‑making and action matters.
- Act as a key communication interface between the chairman and senior management and external stakeholders.
- Organize, maintain and protect important company documents, contracts and reports.
- Monitor and track the progress of key measures, provide timely reminders and concisely update the status.
- Handle sensitive information and the chairman's relevant data with the highest level of confidentiality.
- Assume the additional responsibilities entrusted by the chairman.
