Job Description
- Drive customer centric outcomes across journeys delivered by cross functional teams & experiences requirements as 4-8 years and Chinese language abilities as must
- Translate user needs into requirements and support Agile delivery and backlog prioritization
- Engage business, tech, and control functions to define solutions and drive alignment
- Leverage data insights to optimize journeys and identify automation opportunities
- Support testing, UAT, and ensure requirements meet acceptance criteria
- Drive adoption through training, communication, and embedding new ways of working.
