About the Role
As part of the Change Management team, you will support the successful rollout of a large-scale Finance SAP implementation across multiple healthcare institutions. This role focuses on the people side of transformation—ensuring end users are prepared, informed, and confident in adopting new systems and ways of working. You will play a key role in delivering structured training and supporting change activities in a fast-paced, high-visibility environment.
Key Responsibilities- Develop, update, and maintain training materials (e.g., presentations, user guides, e-learning) in collaboration with functional teams
- Facilitate validation sessions with stakeholders to review and finalize training content
- Deliver training sessions such as Train-the-Trainer workshops, briefings, and system walkthroughs across different formats (in-person, virtual, hybrid)
