West Midlands Combined Authority (WMCA), This is a newly created role within a newly established Digital & Technology Coordination Unit at a pivotal point in the evolution of the Technology & Insight Directorate. As Change Control Manager, you will have a rare opportunity to design, shape and embed how technology change is governed, coordinated and assured across a complex, mission‑critical environment. You’ll sit at the heart of the coordination units “operational spine”, owning the end‑to‑end change governance framework from CABs and release readiness through to audit assurance and performance insight. This is a role for someone who wants to build something sustainable, influence senior leaders, and strike the right balance between delivery pace, operational resilience and risk.
