Job Description

Our client is seeking an experienced Change Lead to join a local government organisation based in Ardross. This is a full-time Permanent (Fixed Term Contract – 18 Months) opportunity leading a CRM transformation, driving the people side of change to ensure staff are engaged, supported, and ready to adopt new systems and ways of working.
