Prime skills and experience:
· Evaluate the existing structure, systems, and practices and provide advice and guidance to maximize the achievement of business objectives and employee engagement such as:
o Validation and refinement of the Corporate Sustainability Group Operating Model
o Definition and implementation of a decision-making model within the matrix structure
o Definition and implementation of an interaction model between the three teams
o Definition and (or identification of existing) communication methods to disseminate information within the segments, the group and to the business lines
o Develop recommendations to ensure successful alignment and support of people, process, information, and technology
