As a Change Management intern, you’ll work alongside experienced consultants to help organisations ensure these changes are embraced by the people they impact most through the provision of ample communications, engagement and support. You won’t just be shadowing from the sidelines — you’ll be part of high-impact, real-world client projects across public and private sectors, from national ministries and agencies (e.g., Skillsfuture Singapore, Enterprise SG) to large commercial clients (e.g., DBS and RWS) and Big 4 consulting firms (e.g., KPMG).
