Position Summary
:The Change Management Manager is responsible for overseeing the end-to-end change management process, ensuring all changes are executed in alignment with company procedures, international standards, and customer or regulatory requirements This role functions similarly to a Program Manager, with a strong focus on mitigating risk, safeguarding organizational interests, and enabling successful, compliant change execution across the enterprise. The Change Management Manager will serve as a key gatekeeper for approving, delaying, or rejecting change requests while facilitating training, communication, and governance. This role requires an experienced professional with a background in the automotive industry and a solid understanding of APQP, IATF 16949, and AIAG core tools.
