Job Description
Manages all aspects of Transformation change management and communication and delivers communications to the frontlines. Also supports leaders throughout the organization in achieving the Change agenda.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and execute end-to-end CM strategy and detailed plans that align with the organization’s strategic business objectives and vision for transformation.
- Coordinate with senior stakeholders across various departments to ensure alignment of CM strategies with overarching project goals, securing executive sponsorship and
- ensuring alignment at all organizational levels.
- Collaborate with Project Management teams to integrate CM initiatives into the overall project timeline, identifying potential risks and ensuring that CM activities are in sync
