Job Description

Change Management Specialist
Contract to 25/10/2026 | Bowen Hills | Hybrid working

We are partnering with a leading Queensland Government to recruit an experienced Change Management Specialist. In this role you will be accountable for the delivery of all change management activities within each Business Implementation working closely with the local program team and SME’s to maximise the sustainable adoption of change and minimise resistance.

Key responsibilities:

  • Adhere to defined service quality standards, health and safety policies and procedures relating to the work being undertaken to ensure high quality, safe services and workplaces.
  • Lead and manage the creation of statewide change management tools, artefacts, and schedules to ensure all change management activities are identified, scheduled, and managed across the lifecycle of each business implementation.
