Position Overview
Change Management & Training Deployment Lead for SAP S/4HANA Global Transformation Programme. Location: Stockport, Hybrid Working.
Key Responsibilities
- Training Deployment & User Readiness
- Own and lead global training deployment across the S/4HANA programme
- Validate training content to ensure accuracy, usability and business relevance
- Define and deliver the training strategy, including instructor‑led training, eLearning, simulations and job aids
- Conduct training needs analysis across functions, roles and user groups
- Coordinate localisation of materials across regions and business units
- Lead and enable Train‑the‑Trainer and super user networks
