Role Overview

We’re looking for a Business Change Manager based in Shanghai to help turn strategy into real, measurable adoption—supporting programmes that strengthen safety, sustainability, and digital capability across our global organisation, with a strong focus on delivery in China.
You will work closely with Portfolio Managers, Project Managers, Business Analysts and business leaders to shape change plans, engage stakeholders, and enable teams to move confidently to new processes, tools, and ways of working.
