As Change and Adoption Manager , you will work on high user technology impacting projects to ensure user adoption and more sustainable implementation of change is enabled through effective change management strategies, developing and implementing change management plans to ensure we release value early.
You will be required to ensure that widespread interest and engagement in projects and programmes is generated and the approach is shared to support change management across the organisation, providing insightful analysis to enable leaders to understand the perceptions of our people as they go through change.
