Job Description
We are seeking an energetic, hands‑on Change Manager to support a strategic Data Programme. This role will be responsible for driving organisational readiness, stakeholder engagement, communications, adoption, and behavioural change across multiple business areas impacted by data transformation initiatives.
The successful candidate will work closely with programme leadership, business stakeholders, data teams, technology teams, and end‑users to ensure successful adoption of new data capabilities, processes, ways of working, and data‑driven decision‑making.
This is a contract position suited to a proactive, resilient, and highly engaging individual who thrives in fast‑paced environments and can influence change across all levels of the organisation.
