NETS in Singapore is seeking a Change Manager responsible for improving the IT Change Management process and ensuring effective workflows in ServiceNow. This role includes managing change processes, assessing risks, and facilitating compliance with internal and external audit requirements.
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in IT or Computer Science, 5+ years of experience in Incident Management, and strong knowledge of ServiceNow. ITIL v4 certification is preferred.
