About the Role
The Change Specialist is responsible for leading and driving complex change initiatives that support the division’s strategic objectives. That change specialist ensures that process, system, and strategic changes are implemented smoothly and effectively across all stakeholders—providers, agencies, and internal teams—by planning and executing robust change management strategies. This role is pivotal in preventing fragmentation of initiatives and aligning change activities with the overall healthcare strategy, thereby enhancing operational efficiency and customer experience1. Develop comprehensive change management plans to support healthcare initiatives, including timelines, milestones, and success metrics.
Conduct impact assessments to identify affected processes, systems, and stakeholders.
