Job Description
Responsibilities
- Manage and develop relationships with existing customers to identify new business opportunities
- Generate sales leads through cold calling and other business development activities
- Handle quotation requests and enquiries from assigned reseller accounts
- Support order processing activities, including overseas orders
- Prepare weekly sales commitment and pipeline reports for management review
- Work closely with product managers to promote products and services to customers
- Provide administrative and operational support when required
- Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related discipline
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in networking, cybersecurity, unified communication, or related technology industries
