Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute channel sales strategies to achieve revenue and market share targets
- Recruit, onboard, and manage distributors, resellers, and channel partners
- Build strong, long-term relationships with distributor management and sales teams
- Drive partner enablement through training, product knowledge, and sales support
- Monitor distributor performance, sales pipelines, and forecasts
- Collaborate with marketing to execute channel marketing programs, promotions, and campaigns
- Identify new business opportunities within existing and new channels
- Manage pricing, incentives, and partner programs in alignment with company policies
- Ensure compliance with company standards, contracts, and brand guidelines
- Provide regular sales reports, market feedback, and competitor insights to management
