Channel Strategy Expert - ING
At ING we are looking for a Channel Strategy Expert to join our investment advice team and shape the future of our advice service proposition.
In this role, you will lead the growth and performance of an outsourced model of investment advisors by defining and evolving the channel and commercial strategy while steering the external provider responsible for delivering the service.
Key Responsibilities
As the owner of the channel and commercial strategy, you will lead initiatives that drive growth and excellence across the investment advice service.
1. Define and Lead the Commercial Strategy
Own the end‑to‑end commercial strategy for the advisory service, spanning client acquisition, activation, conversion, cross‑selling, retention, and long‑term value creation.
