Overview
The Charge Nurse Manager (CNM) is responsible for the effective management of Ward 6 East and Ward 3 Acute Frailty Unit (AFU). The CNM leads people, systems, processes and resources to ensure clinically safe, efficient and effective service delivery across the two wards, provides clinical and professional leadership, develops the nursing service, meets quality standards and contributes to the strategic direction for the units.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage day‑to‑day operations of Ward 6 East and Ward 3 (AFU).
- Implement organisational initiatives and manage all nursing areas including people, processes and physical resources.
