Overview
An exciting opportunity for a registered mental health nurse to join the nursing ward management team within Ward 4, Queen Margaret Hospital. Ward 4 is an 18-bed mixed‑sex ward providing ongoing assessment to older adults with organic mental illness.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage within the ward, supporting team members and associated professionals.
- Provide high‑standard, person‑centred clinical care.
- Contribute to optimising teamwork and support the Senior Charge Nurse.
Qualifications
- Registered mental health nurse with significant experience in adult mental health in‑patient services.
- Demonstrable leadership skills.
- Degree level education or equivalent experience.
- Commitment to person‑centred care, professional development and quality improvement.
