Sunwest Aviation has an opportunity available for a Charter Sales Coordinator within our Business Development department. Reporting to the Business Development Director, this position is responsible for performing the duties and responsibilities which include, but are not limited to, the following:
To deliver exceptional customer service related to the quoting, scheduling, planning pricing, and invoicing of customer charter flights.
Principal Duties & Responsibilities
- Respond to and provide information to customers enquiring about charter flights.
- Prepare and provide aircraft quotes to existing and potential clients.
- Handle inbound quote requests by receiving, acknowledging, prioritizing, quoting, tracking and following up with the customer.
- Arrange all aspects of charter flight bookings including scheduling, planning, U.S and Foreign Customs, ground transportation, crew hotel accommodations and other related services....
