Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct Internal Audits, Management Audits, Statutory Audits, and Tax Audits.
- Handle Income Tax scrutiny assessments, notices, and representations before tax authorities.
- Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other applicable statutory laws.
- Assist in IPO-related assignments, due diligence, and regulatory compliances.
- Prepare and review Restated Financial Statements in accordance with applicable regulations.
- Liaise with clients, regulatory authorities, and internal teams to ensure timely completion of assignments.
Required Skills:
- Strong knowledge of Audit, Taxation, and Accounting Standards.
- Experience in handling Statutory Audits, Tax Audits, and Internal Audits.
- Good understanding of Income Tax, GST, TDS, and other statutory compliances.
