We’re working with a growing consultancy who are looking for a Chartered Building Surveyor to join their Leeds team. This is a senior role where you’ll lead on a variety of projects, mentor junior surveyors, and provide expert advice across construction and property portfolios.
What you’ll be doing
- Carrying out detailed building surveys and technical reports
- Acting as a key client contact, offering clear and professional advice
- Delivering services such as Dilapidations, Party Wall matters, Planned Preventative Maintenance, and Fire Compartmentation surveys
- Managing construction projects and acting as Contract Administrator/Employer’s Agent
