A growing, multi-disciplinary consultancy is looking to recruit a Chartered Building Surveyor to join their established team in Manchester. This is a varied and client-facing role, with a focus on delivering high-quality professional and project-based building surveying services across both residential and commercial sectors.
The Role:
You’ll be responsible for a wide range of surveying duties including:
Building inspections and condition surveys
Defect diagnosis and report writing
Preparation of schedules of work and specifications
Project management and contract administration
Insurance reinstatement work, including major and complex loss
Party Wall, CDM, and Building Regulation matters
Supporting and mentoring APC candidates
