Responsibilities Preparation of costings and proposals for charters. (Trip cost estimates) Liaison with Scheduling Manager in respect of aircraft and crewavailability as well as the most efficient and cost-effective utilisation ofthe crew Liaise with Legal section in respect of Charter Agreements and ensure allrelevant inclusions / exclusion / payment terms are covered Liaise with customer regarding the conclusion of the Charter Agreementand maintain regular interaction with the customer Hold pre-flight briefings with all concerned on charter flights ensuring allsections are aware of charter details Monitor all aspects of the charter flight Reconcile and verify all charter flight costs and ensure all payment termsare met Ensure business development through follow up on quotes provided andprospecting of possible new customers through research and ideas Keep abreast of new developments Assist the Manager: Charters with the control of the sections Fixed Expenses and Budget Liaise with Gro...
