Job Description
We are looking for a seasonal tender driver for a 57ft - x 15ft tender, which will be a chase boat for the main yacht.
The tender runs with the Volvo penta IPS system, which is similar to azipod propulsion. Some proven similiar exerience essential for this role.
- 3 Volvo IPS800 (600hp)
- Volvo Penta IPS (Inboard Performance System)
- Electronic Vessel Control (EVC) system - PODS can be driven individually or through a central controller
- VOLVO dynamic positioning system
- VOLVO Docking Assistant System
Will be required to have a basic knowledge of the systems onboard and general upkeep, with support from main yacht.
It will be a live onboad the chase boat position and is ideally suited to a couple, with the other candidate helping with stewardess duties and basic service of guests - pay will be negotiated seperately for this.
